I picked up one of Edouard&#039;s earlier efforts &quot;The Chess Manual of Avoidable Mistakes&quot; a number of years ago at Hastings when he was playing there. I later had the &quot;pleasure&quot; of being ground down by him in a 4NCL game in a 4 v 3 rook endgame.

This book looks useful for stronger junior players - I think I&#039;ll get myself a copy!]]></description>
