Is this IM Gerard Welling, the same former board 1 for Fortis Bank Netherlands – (Edinhoven) – interbank Dutch Championships. One of the strongest opponents I played in the Netherlands Banks Competition – He came 2nd in the individual rapidplay title in 2007. (I came 3rd, and Abn Amro came third in the team event).
